My experience with Sunny's was exemplary: The trunk lid of my car stopped closing securely and a friend I trust recommended Sunny's, so I took it there. He determined that I needed two parts - the electronic cable and a new latch, which the manufacturer sold separately. The price for the work was FAR less than the quote I received from the dealer's. When I picked up the car a few days later, I was told that a new latch was included with the cable so he returned the other latch he ordered - and reduced my price accordingly. That saved me almost two hundred dollars. I would never have known that the new cable came with a new latch. The work he did was flawless, and he is an honest man. I was so impressed that I took my other car there for service two weeks later.
